Where do I begin? I met Julian in 2012 when I was in my early twenties, single, had to walk my dog alone at night, and buying my first house. Unlike the other realtors I spoke to, his very first thought was "we need to make sure you stay safe!" He found me the perfect house with a wonderful yard, wood floors, you name it, on my shoestring graduate student budget. We looked at over 70 houses and half the time he would be the one that said no. He wanted to make sure it was the right house for me. Flash forward to now, and I can say I have recommended him to my closest friends and family countless times. I can think of at least 5 off the top of my head who bought their home with him, and everyone has thanked me for sending them to Julian. Between me and my now husband we've bought 3 homes from him (our primary house-the one described above, and 2 rentals). Our family motto is: "In Julian We Trust." He is an honest, kind family man who has never lead us astray. He goes above and beyond to get you the house you want and need. I could not recommend him more.

But for me, what really sets him apart is his natural eagerness to anticipate my needs and his readiness to stay one step ahead. Even before he walked in my door and as soon as he entered, he was already noticing things that could be done to enhance the value of my house and he already had a game plan for me. Unlike the other realtors I interviewed, Julian focused on what he would do for me, and not what commission percentage he would charge me. Results tell it all: I not only sold my house in one weekend but also sold 10% more that I asked for! The selling of ones house can be trying and emotional, but for me, it was nothing but a pleasant experience. If I am to buy or sell again, I will definitely use Julians service again!
