I was recently named 2018 Realtor of The Year by the Missouri Housing Development Commission, and the Top Individual Producer for Keller Williams in Southwest Missouri (12.4 Million dollars in sales). We helped 128 individuals and families sell their home last year. Each home sale and search are unique, and personal. I and my highly qualified team are committed to hands-on personal service and a stress-free experience. We work 7 days a week, with night and weekend availability. I come from a lifetime in the family business of construction and real estate. Meeting so many wonderful people as part of the KTTS Andy and Julie Show (94.7fm), and traveling the area as a TV reporter, I have a unique perspective on the people and places that make the 417 special.                     Julie's husband, Mike, actually helped me with my purchase. He was amazing. I would call him because I'd seen a property on line and he'd get me in to see it that day. We looked at approximately 8 houses before we found the one I bought. He was also very helpful during the process. He often calmed me down when I got frustrated and made things happen sometimes when no one else could!
