After stewing in the malaise of quarantine for a year, Julie was exactly what we needed to get our butts in gear to compete in this cut-throat market. Left and right, houses we were going for had 20+ offers or cash offers 20%+ over asking price. By her experience and skill, she helped us find a house that met our needs, was in our price range and felt like home. Julie is incredibly well-organized and knowledgeable. Organized to the nth degree, she kept us informed, on-time for document signatures, inspection dates, and meetings during the whole process.
