Justin is fantastic and by far the best realtor we have worked with! My husband accepted a job in the area and we needed to house hunt while living out of state. He devoted some very long days taking us to see houses, provided a lot of knowledge on the neighborhoods in the area and found us an amazing house. The entire process was seamless! He is always quick to answer our crazy questions. NC has some different realty things we weren't used to but he helped us navigate all of that. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, hard-working and just all around a great guy! We don't plan on moving again but if we ever did, Justin is the guy we'd use. We highly recommend him!

I literally cannot say enough good things! Justin went out of his way numerous times to make our experience a positive one including making contact with different people whether on our side as the seller or the buyers side or even with the builder of our new home to make sure all the pieces of our puzzle worked together nicely in the end. I spent this last summer looking at houses with Justin. We looked at a lot. I was kind of fussy. I wanted a house large enough, but at a good enough value to make a bit of a profit when I decide to move. It took a long time but boy am I happy. This house is nice, spacious, in good shape and I believe I bought for $10-30k under actual value! I went through 3 other realtors who had no idea what they were doing, didn't listen to what I wanted in a house and gave me listings that just didn't fit me. I'd definitely use Justin again!

Justin... To say the very least, is not a typical agent. He is a masterful negotiator; a gentlemen; kind; caring and honest! He took the time to make sure that all of our needs were met and more importantly that my wife and I, despite how long it took, found the home of our dreams! Justin was extremely straight forward and when we needed it... blunt and straight to the point. Which I find in this industry and all too often an art that is no longer used. It seems that most people want to pacify their clients and tell them what they want to hear versus being direct and honest and perhaps pointing out something that we, being overwhelmed with the buying process, very easily could have missed and intern could have cost my family physical well-being along with thousands of dollars in potential problems in the long run. This this type of expertise is exquisite and well needed in this industry of what seems to be less than adequate new agents that are flooding the booming market and do not have the communication skills needed to get the job done correctly!
