  • Kaleb and I connected, but did no business

Kaleb Harvey was unfortunately very difficult to work with. As the seller, he did not follow a code of ethics that most real estate agents do. He lacked integrity by not disclosing several things or following through on some agreements despite our best efforts to move forward throughout the closing process on one of his remodeled properties. His agent Jenna Harvey (not sure of the relation) lacked that same ethical code. My wife and I went over asking price and were repaid by a dishonest and inexperienced team. If you have your client's or your own best interest in mind, please avoid doing business with Kaleb.

    • Kaleb helped me buy a home

I worked with Kaleb when I was trying to buy a house he had for sale. He and his listing agent were uncompromising and seemed to have a poor understanding of industry norms and expectations. He failed to abide by the moral code that most other people in the field go by, and just basic human decency. I believe there were a few items about Kaleb and his listing agent that he failed to disclose and were a conflict of interest. He has a lot to learn. I would be very cautious about doing any business with him, pay attention to any warning signs. I wish I had done that from the beginning.
