  • Karen helped me buy a home

Our experience with Karen was poor. She was only able to get us into 2 of the homes we wanted to see. We had to do all the searching ourselves and then send the info to her. I thought a realtor was supposed to do that for us. She repeatedly got my husband's name wrong even though she had many documents with his name. It sort of became a joke between us. She also got our closing date wrong, even though she is the one who had us sign the papers with the new closing date. So she wasn't at closing which was actually fine bc our mortgage people were there. I think the most frustrating part was that anytime we needed to sign something in person we had to drive out to her office instead of her coming to us. We had just had a premature newborn and it was extremely difficult getting out there to sign papers. As a realtor she was making money off of us so she should have been the one to come to us.
