Not only do I consider Karen MY realtor, but after working with her over the past 7 years I also consider her a friend. Karen has helped me through the process of purchasing/building my very first home and then years later, she and Paul helped me sell the home for well over list price! In working with Karen and Paul you always feel that you are in the best of hands and their extensive knowledge in the industry is very comforting. They have bent over backwards to help me in my real estate journey thus far, and when the time comes, they will be the first people I call to purchase my next home. We stumbled across Paul by sheer luck and how fortunate we were! Paul went above and beyond what was expected to show us homes and rather than make a sale, even talked us out of what was likely a disaster in the making. We had many questions and needs and our hands were held the entire step of the way. Never did we have to wait for a return phone call, or email. Even on weekend evenings! He was able to accommodate our very busy life on multiple occasions and treated us very much like family.
