We meet Karl Ashley in the summer of 2018 at a river house in Baldwinsville, NY. We rented from him for 3 years and had many problem from roof leaks to the bad septic system. Karl continued to make excuses never fixing the actual problem just ignoring us and when the lease came to an end. Never gave us the option to extend or renew. We went to court over the repairs not being made and hired an attorney to represent us as Karl was not making us a priority and didn't care about our safety or well being. We finally left in June of 2021 and never looked back and still battling legal battles with him over poor management style. Please stay away and find someone else to help with a home. This isn't the guy for you
