Our experience with Kathryn during the sale of our home was genuinely phenomenal. After having a poor experience trying to sell the previous year, I was skeptical and hesitant - until we met with Kathryn. She came prepared with a full and comprehensive sales and marketing plan for listing our home, with step by step details so we were fully informed and engaged with what would be happening. She was very clear and detail oriented, and did an excellent job of actively listening to our needs and concerns. Kate was also patient with me when I bombarded her with dozens of questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking them. She was attentive to our schedules when scheduling tours, so that the process was as seamless and easy as possible (and working from home with 3 dogs, this was extremely helpful for me). Her professionalism and friendliness through the whole process was exceptional. We are so thankful that we were able to work with her!

Kate Gingery was very easy to contact anytime of the day and never left any questions unanswered. As a first time buyer Kate made the process stress free, especially during this unprecedented time. I had a short timeframe since I was nearing the end of my lease at my apartment. Kate helped me close on my house just before my lease was up, making this process even easier for me. I highly recommend Kate, especially if you're an intimidated first time buyer like me!

The whole process of purchasing a home can sometimes be a little nerve racking and intimidating but I felt really at ease working with Kathryn Gingery and everything was seamless from start to finish. She is very friendly, trustworthy, and professional. We wouldn't have found our home without her. She found a listing that was outside of our search area but thought we would like it so she sent it to us. It turned out to be the perfect house for us. There were already a few offers made on the home but she helped us negotiate and the seller ended up accepting our offer. Kathryn's communication during the closing process was amazing. I would highly recommend working with Kathryn and we will definitely be working with her again in the future.

[ link omitted ]. This was while I was searching for a house to buy in East Lansing/Okemos, MI. The person who contacted me sent Kathryn as the agent to show me the property. She called me right away and we made an appointment for a show of a condo in Haslett. When she showed me the condo which I did not like, we discussed afterwards about my urgent need for a house. She was so friendly, kind and understanding! I then asked her to become by agent to which she agreed. She was such a nice and helpful person all through the process! Despite my highly selective nature, she was patient and showed me several other properties which I did not like! Eventually, she showed me one which I liked and she started on the requisite paperwork to kickstart the process. She was quick to respond to inquiries and always had a solution/suggestion to my inquiries! Kathryn Gingery is such an awesome and knowledgeable person to work with! I thank God I met her, because she made the entire process enjoyable given that I was a first time home owner with no prior experience in the home-buying process! She is such an awesome agent! Kate Gingery is an amazing realtor. This was our first time selling a home and looking back we are so thankful we went with Kate.Before selling, we had no idea how important it is to have a realtor you are comfortable with and one you feel you can contact easily. We were communicating through the entire process: texts, emails, calls, and if we were not comfortable with our sellers agent this process would have felt very different. She was quick to show us properties and we never felt like we were missing out on a viewing or house we wanted to see in time to put in an offer. She handled each step of the process with professionalism and excellent communication. We are very happy with the home we bought and would not have been here without Kathryn's help!

Kate was amazing! Very patient and cooperative with my 8 year old daughter who had to accompany us on the showings. Kate is very friendly and we felt we could trust her to have our best interests at heart. Kate was available at all times, even when she was traveling or on vacation. We kind of feel bad how often she worked with us outside of usual business hours.
