In November 2013 my family and I decided it was time to buy our first home here in Durango, CO. On recommendation from a friend, we decided to use Keller Williams and Katherine Sumrall became o ur realtor. We are a multigenerational family and required some very specific needs in a home that are not common and fairly difficult to find. We were hoping to be in a new home by Christmas, but is was not looking good as a lot of the homes we wanted to look at already had contracts on them.
