Marsha and I would like to thank you for the outstanding job you did in marketing and selling our house in the South Rundevelopment in Fairfax Station. I have worked with many realtors over the years in selling my primary residences and investment homes Ive owned, but none of them comes close to you in providing the level of services and expertise that you offered.You earned our trust from the start. If not, we would not have felt comfortable wintering in Florida for 3 months while the contractors you recommended and coordinated renovated our house including painting, refinishing hardwood floors and installing new light fixtures, mirrors, faucets, etc. that you selected. We had no idea what variety of paint colors you would select for our different rooms, but felt comfortable based on your reputation for design and staging expertise. You did a wonderful job keeping us up to date by sending us pictures so we could monitor the job progress. Not only did your contractors do a great job they did work for significantly less than the prices I received from contractors I had used in the past. When other work we had not contemplated became necessary for items such as grouting, exterior concrete work and post construction cleaning, you got bids at very competitive pricing and coordinated the work. When we came home we were pleasantly shocked at how the house had been transformed into a home ready to go on the market. The staging you did using furniture, curtains, vases with flowers, etc. made the house look far better than before. The marketing brochure including the pictures you fantastic photographer took was first class. We were very pleased and excited to get a full price offer on the first day the house was on the market. Based on your advice we went forward with the open house on the weekend since the first offer contract had not been finalized. And we were glad we did. The first offer contract did not go through and we received four (4) additional offers by the end of the nightthe Open House was held, all significantly above our asking price. Theres no doubt in my mind that this result would not have occurred without all your planning and efforts.Throughout the process it became evident that you were looking out for our best interests and were striving to achieve not just a satisfactory result, but the best possible result for us. Dear Kathleen, June 12, 2019 I want to thank you so very much for all of the help you recently gave me regarding the sale of my home and the purchase of my new condo in Burke Centre. As you know, I had not moved in 34 years and when you told me that I had to declutter, declutter, declutter because we were having an open house in 3 weeks, I thought that I would never be able to meet that deadline. But with your guidance and help, I somehow managed to get all of the renovation tasks you suggested accomplished and want you to know how appreciative I am for all of the expert contractors you recommended. They were all extremely competent and professional and quickly accomplished the work that needed to be done in order to get my home on the market. I especially appreciate your help during the staging phase, and in loaning me a beautiful comforter that transformed my "Grandmother" bedroom into a more appealing attractive modern look. We would like to let you know about our excellent listing and sale experience of our South Run home with Kathleen Quintarelli. While she was not the only realtor we interviewed she was by far the most knowledgeable, well prepared and enthusiastic about the South Run community.
