- Kathy and I connected, but did no business
We were absolutely appalled at the unprofessional and disrespectful response Kathy gave us. She did not have the courtesy to respond to our offer on a house, even though we presented a formal contract with a deadline. Our realtor was absolutely annoyed thst she purposefully did not answer their call. A simple no would have been a sufficient answer, but she did not even offer that. On top of all this, she lowered the price the next day, fairly close to what we offered and continued to ignore us. After a four days (2 days after the dealine) she finally answered our realtor and got two offers, one lower and one similar to ours. This house was on the market for months, and there were a lot of issues that reduced its value. Instead of realizing that, this realtor decide to play games with customers. Your selling people homes and it is an essential part of theor lives and hearts, but if you behave like this with the customers, then you play with their hearts and lives. Buying a home is stressful, and when you have to deal with this kind of disrespect, it discourages you from wanting to even continue with the house. This failed transaction caused so much anxiety and worry for my fiance and I because of how much hope we had for getting this house. And we were hurt and annoyed to realize that this realtor could not juat say no and let us move on. Instead she dragged us around and made us worry and exhausted from waiting for a response. I will not be working with this unprofessional realtor ever again.
