Kathy was great all round. Very personable, energetic, and professional. I had already selected on line which townhouses I wanted to visit and then later which house I wanted to see ( We purchased through her twice ) so I left the criteria question blank. She staged the town house to show it well and was very helpful with hints and strategy. Punctual and very proficient. I would certainly use her services again and recommend her very highly

She was very professional, helped us stage our house for sale and purchase a new house. We saw a house we liked and actually purchased, in the neighborhood we wanted so there was no need to look at other options. She was also helpful in finding contractors to work on the house we wanted to sell. She came up with a sale price that matched comps. The house sold for a little less than we wanted, but it sold fast which was what we needed to buy the second house.

Kathy Scoggin was a great realtor. We love her. She certainly is the best. We have used her twice now. Thanks for asking.
