Our search for the right home for us was prolonged due to the fact that we had sever items that needed to be addressed. Kathy was very patient with us. Part of the problem was that we did not live in the area and could not see places at the time. Kathy would research places that met our needs. When we let her know that we would be in the area she had a list of places for us to look at. We had looked at one place that she suggested earlier and felt it did not meet our needs. She asked us to look at this place as it was with a different builder than the one who had started the development. We said sure we would look at them and when we walked in and looked around and said this was the place for us.
