Rating: 5/5Feedback:There are no words to express how amazing Kathy is to work with. She has the Midas touch for selling houses. We hired her after learning that she sold an unsellable home at a very difficult intersection in our city. She sold my in-laws house in 1 week. After having such an amazing experience dealing with her on that sale we decided to give her a shot on our home. We had fired our 4th realtor a month before and were pretty fed up with the whole process as we had been trying to sell our home for 5 years. We even had one of our realtors tell us we couldnt sell and we should consider renting. We gave Kathy a try for our home too. Pictures were taken on Tuesday. The listing went live Wednesday night. On Thursday we got a call to schedule a showing on Friday and on Friday morning we had two showings. We had a contract on it by lunch time. Yes. Our house sold in less than 2 days. She is a miracle worker. The lightening fast realtor that knows the market and what it takes to sell a home. Do not go with anyone else. She is the one you have been looking for!
