From 1978-1993 as a new licensed real estate sales associate, I honed my negotiating skills working from model home centers for developers selling condo conversions and new homes. From 1993-2001 I sold government owned homes almost exclusively and am now a broker member of the MyFlorida Realtor Multiple Listing Service and co-operate with other Realtors. In an effort to pursue hobbies I have a few agents throughout the Tampabay area who also work from home under my broker’s license.
