Zina and company is definitely the company to go with. Kelsey was so amazing and helped me get through some tough things and got me the house I wanted. She's still there to help with questions later. Definitely a+++++ all the way.

Working with Kelsey was amazing. We first bought a lot through her and she was extremely knowledgeable about what to expect, things to look out for, and negotiation. Then I wanted to use her again! I was the executor of an estate and was looking to sell a home. I knew nothing about the area and the home hadnt been lived in for a few years and needed some repairs. Kelsey led the charge on the whole deal. She has an amazing network of reliable contacts, including roofers, estate sales, junk removal, and cleaning, just to name a few. She goes above and beyond for her clients!

Zina knows what she's doing and does a great job. When we told her we wanted to sell, she told us exactly what we needed to do to sell quickly. Kelsey was on top of everything for us once we listed and was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. We were listed right on our schedule and the house was under contract in 15 days. Highly recommended!
