Born and raised in Upstate NY. Studied Engineering at RIT before moving to LA/CA and working at Xerox. Escaped to Telluride in 1988 and began my real estate career selling resort properties and ranches. Moved to Delta County in 2000 and started horse-ranching while continuing my Real Estate career in residential, farm/ranch and commercial properties. Obtained a Mortgage Broker License in 2009 to broaden my experience with home purchase and refi loans. Moved to Montrose (Cobble Creek Golf Course) in 2012 and joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Propeties to compliment my desire to succeed. Married to Kay Magruder, RDH. Enjoy endless outdoor activities, year-round, in Western Colorado.

- Ken helped me buy a home
We were moving to an area 300 miles away, and were not too familiar with it. Ken was very knowledgeable about it, having lived there for over 20 years, and made himself available to my husband each time he went there to look at homes. He gave honest opinions and did not try to push any homes on my husband. He also supplied us with good referrals for services, such as a handyman, painter, etc. I would recommend him.
