Kenny Truong

It's hard to not notice #fastagent throughout social media and benches plastered with #fastagent throughout Oakland. Through curiosity, my fianc and I looked up the hashtag to see what the deal was. After working with another agent for a month and not getting any results, we contacted Kenny through his website. Immediately, he sent us an e-mail back asking if we wanted to see some open houses that we sparked interest in. Being first time buyers, we were nervous and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Kenny was patient and always available when we had any questions. He's quite impressive, I'm not sure if he gets any sleep. He is very responsive through phone, e-mail, text, and his website. When Kenny was out of town, his partner, Mayury stepped in and showed us a hidden gem. 21 days later, the house is ours. I cannot stress what a great team Kenny and Mayury make. We wish we used them from the beginning! We will be referring everyone we know to this great team. GO #FASTAGENT!!!

Kenny is AMAZING. Extremely friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and gets things done and in time. I've never had to wait too long for a response. Great agent and a pleasure working with.

Kenny is everything you want in your favorite real estate agent but what stood out most to me is his ability to source information on a home from the various online tools available - almost like information at his finger tips. This made sifting through homes a faster process, and made me find the right property ahead of others. Not only that, he can also do your offers faster, very responsive and all of this means no good home slips through the cracks. I will not hesitate to go back to him for my next purchase or sale. He also knows the east bay market inside out.

This is as good as it gets. I was in and out of touch with Kenny for a few months prior (while I debated whether or not to sell my home). He was never pushy or "salesy" which is what I expected from most agents out there. When I decided to pull the trigger and list my home, Kenny was extremely responsive and well-informed. It's easy to distinguish Kenny from other agents out there simply because of: - his outstanding work ethic (very personable, responsive, and flexible) his knowledge and expertise of the local market (prior to appraisal, they gave me a spot-on estimate of market value and walked me through the entire process) his ability to fully leverage technology -- his professional branding and marketing clearly shines above the rest In summary: Kenny (and his partner Mayury) far exceeded my expectations and delivered on what was promised in a much shorter timeframe than expected. From the day I decided to sell to closing escrow was roughly 2 months (including moving, staging, listing, and closing escrow). They also helped my close friends find their home recently and they were extremely pleased with their experience as well. Bravo #TEAMFAST! On a side note: Unfortunately Kenny's work gets discounted frequently by disgruntled and frustrated home buyers due to the expected, competitive, Bay Area market. Although he markets and highlights newer, upscale developments, it also important to remember that the buyer's market is beyond of his control. Despite the fact that cheaper homes = lower commissions, he continues to push for more affordable housing (check out his listings throughout the Bay Area that list for under $400K).

Kenny is very knowledgable about the real estate market. He was attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to work with. He made our first time home buying experience a BREEZE. We are very happy with our new residence. It was everything we wanted at a price that we feel like it is worth. He never pushed us to like a house, and was very honest about what he believed the value of the home is. Kenny takes "#fastagent" to a whole new level. I don't think I have met any other agent as tech savvy and informative as Kenny. Not only is he on top of communication (will contact thru email/text/phone/FB/Instagram), he's also very knowledgeable with real estate market. Mention any home on the market in the area, he has probably already did his homework on the property. My first purchase experience: Looked at house, consulted Kenny on various aspects of purchasing, trusted his insight on how to bid, and even got some money back due to the condition of the property after inspection. Paperwork wasn't overbearing due to Kenny's use of technology. Followup and status updates were crucial during the process and I can say his services did not disappoint. I mostly appreciate Kenny's ability to efficiently and effectively work with his clients. I am very impressed with these qualities and can say that Kenny stands out from the rest of the agents.

As new Homebuyers, we were looking for an agent who is not only experienced, but someone who also is really up to date with what's going on in the market, is easily accessible, honest, sincere and knows all the tricks of the trade. Kenny sure proved to be all that. He was very accommodating with our schedule and was always quick to respond to my calls, emails or texts. He was there for every Open House we wanted to attend to make sure he personally connects with the Listing Agent, which, what we believe, gave us a bit of an advantage amongst the other bidders, as the Listing Agent vividly remembered us and Kenny from the Open House. We had a multi bid scenario and we ultimately got our offer accepted. Kenny and his assistant Mayury were just wonderful in making the process as smooth as possible. Kenny has also the most high tech state of the art programs/software that allow him to do all kinds of market research and make doc signing literally appointment free... We definitely recommend Kenny to anyone looking for a well rounded Realtor!

He is the 2nd realtor that I worked with in purchasing my properties. He worked hard helping me find a property that I'll be happy with and ensuring that I was going to be paying a fair price. What stood out for me was that with my work schedule I'm never sure exactly the time I get off or able to leave to see a house but Kenny was okay with me providing his with short notice to view the properties. He did have a preferred lender that he likes to use due to the closing ratio he had with them but was willing to work with the lender I choose even though I changed it up right when we got into contract (my fault on that). But throughout the whole process he was very prompt at getting back to me and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible! Even if it meant having his team come out to the property to meet with my inspectors and contractors. The part that stood out the most was that everyone one that assisted me from Michael James Realtor came to meet me at the house when Kenny handed me the keys. Best agent ! Kenny is super fast . He knows what is he doing . He helps us get our house through smoothly processes . You could talk and discuss anything with him because he treat you like a friend not just only as a client. Thanks Kenny !
