We are forever grateful for Kerri and John. When we decided to pack up and move from Long Island to Florida, we really didnt know where to begin. As a first time home buyer I wasnt too familiar with the whole process of things to really take into consideration when searching for a new home dealing with sellers and other obstacles you might face when searching for a new home. Having John guide us through the process made the whole experience as painless as possible. For John it wasnt just about closing a deal, he really wanted to make sure we had a the right place to start our lives. He has tremendous knowledge and experience and we learned a lot of things from John we could use down the road if we ever go through this process again. If you are looking to list a home or purchase a home I highly recommend using John.

Kerri and John are the real estate team to work with! The biggest challenge is the fact that I can't say enough about how absolutely amazing they both are. From their real estate savvy, to negotiating, to their all around fun and genuine personalities, it's no wonder every time they make a sale, they make a friend. You'd be crazy not to use them to list your home, or have them help you find your next place! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Kerri and John were absolutely amazing from start to finish!! They were so accommodating for us moving from out of state and always worked their hardest to get appointments set up for us and offers in asap! I first contacted Kerri and John in 2020 about a property they represented and although I decided to postpone my search until 2021 I was impressed by their initial level of responsiveness and how personable they were. Because of this, in 2021 when I was ready to resume my house hunt I knew exactly who I wanted to help my husband and I.Kerri and John, helped us to find the house that was meant to be ours. Over about a month and a half, we looked at many homes. Some of those homes they recommended and they also showed us homes that we requested to see (most of our choices were terrible, lol)- we appreciated that they were flexible! The process was never rushed and although I was very specific (to the point of being a pain) about budget, neighborhood diversity, schools and distance from NYC, they never lost their patience. In fact, they both have a great sense of humor! Kerri and John also recommended mortgage brokers, home inspectors and lawyers- theyre quite resourceful! All in all, buying a house (especially in this current market) was at times daunting, but Kerri and John were valuable allies to have during this process. They remained positive that wed find the right house. I felt like they were advising us the way they would a family member- meaning they had our backs, and werent going to let us choose the wrong house for the sake of making their commission. For me its about integrity, and Kerri and John have just that! Theyre also really cool/chill people
