Teri was amazing throughout our entire home buying process. Communication was easy; if she wasn't available at the very minute I was trying to get a hold of her I would get a prompt response. (She would even shoot me a quick text letting me know when she would get back to me.) She was always a step ahead so I always knew what to expect as we went through the buying process. Where to start? Kevin is great. He got his "foot in the door" by staying in touch with us when we were just starting to evaluate our options to sell. Kevin has worked with my wife and I for almost a year. He started out last October explaining how and when to market our house. He kept us informed while we examined our different options. Everything came to together with the completion of our apartment. The first day Kevin put our house on the market we received 9 offers. All of them were way above our asking price. We took the second offer and Kevin proceeded to work with the buyer to satisfy their concerns.
