Prior to starting We Sell U Save Realty, Kevin had been with Coldwell Banker At Your Service in Rochester. His experience and success in the business earned him the #1 Agent award in the State of Minnesota for Coldwell Banker in 2012. He has also been in the top 3-10% internationally for the years 2009-2013. Kevin’s specific areas of expertise are in new construction, residential homes, land and commercial property. - Kevin listed and sold my home
Kevin tried to force us to sign a paper saying we fixed something that we didn’t fix because it didn’t exist. Instead of checking with the inspector he became very nasty to us. When we checked with the inspector he said the item on the list was an error on his part. Kevin was rude and unkind. After this happened he never talked to us again. We had to find out about our closing from our buyer's realtor because he wouldn’t do anything for us. He got his commission of course. Thankfully he also got fined for his behavior. Would not recommend him at all. Totally unprofessional!
