Best in the business. Kim costantly communicated with me keeping me completingly informed. We worked perfectly tegether. She got me almost 25 G more than any other agent I interviewed wanted to list the property for, (6 agents) and 50 G more than one agent wanted to list it at. Property sold quickly. I highly recommend her service if you ever have a property to sell and I am sure she would be just as good if you were looking to purchase a property.

Kim was awesome. I could always call her when I was frustrated or did not understand something. She worked well with my lender even though that could be frustrating at times. She made sure that we got in the house we wanted on the date that we wanted. i would highly recommend Kim she will work with your schedule by doing showings in the evening and on the weekend. She is very good and keeping you updated and in the loop. I am certain that if I need to buy or sell a house Kim will be my agent

Kim stuck with us through what I might say was an interesting process in purchasing a home. We took close to a year to find the right home. If Kim couldn't meet us herself for a house showing, she sent someone she trusted. Kim typically was able to meet us for showings and demonstrate her knowledge of both the area, the house, and professionals to contact. I would say that we were quite demanding of getting in for showings and Kim always made it work. Kim was very easy to work with and I would most definitely recommend working with her.
