Kim Panzarella

This is an honest review from an extemely disappointed and heartbroken buyer. I truly wish I could give her a lower rating as she has displayed unethical, unfair, and frankly shameful business. This past week, Kim Panzarella, signed and completed a contract between us and the sellers. Our lawyer approved the contract in a timely manner and we were told that the house was ours by both Kim and our realtor. It was a "done deal," as put by Kim. Over 4 days later, supposedly a bid came in via e-mail and she went ahead and presented such offer to the sellers, very well knowing that we had every intention to buy the home and the sellers previouly accepted our offer. I am truly heartbroken that we lost this house- our opportunity to build a family home of our own. I do not care if you can call this "legal", this is against a realtor's Code of Ethics. To save you from the pain and anger my husband and I had to deal with, I strongly recommend you to find another realtor that you trust and takes the business in an honorable and fair manner. Shame on you Kim Panzarella.
