Kim Welke

For the past twenty-one years, I have been president of a local 501c3 organization and ran a successful family owned, family operated and geared towards family’s park and campground. Since 2010, when the category was first introduced, the campground has been voted Best of Lenawee each year. My love for creating a place where families from all over the continental United States have come to relax and play while vacationing led me to want to help families continue their dreams in their (new) home. Continuing education real estate courses and training with engineers, learning the most up to date marketing techniques online with a company who is in the top 2 of the fastest growing real estate companies in south east Michigan, has prepared me more than most in a market that is changing at such a rapid pace. I am a mother of 2 and nana to 3 and I will help your family succeed!
