It wasnt an easy process but having her expertise and honesty helped us to find the right house. This is the second time I have worked with KIm and her team. The first was buying a house and this time was selling a house. Both experiences were awesome experiences. One of the things I love about Kim is she is straight forward and tells it like it is. You can trust her because you can rest assured her and her team have done their homework. Kim and her team are great! Made the process as easy as home buying can get! Kim's schedule is very flexible so it was very easy to work around my work schedule. At times, even fit me in the same day I contacted her. Gave me all names and numbers of people/companies you need when home buying( which were great people as well). The only sad part about finding and closing on our house is, I won't be talking to Kim on a regular basis anymore! Recommend! And will have Kim help when it's time to buy again!

Kimberly Delapp is outstanding. She worked diligently to find just the perfect home for us. She even took us to see a home on Memorial Day! Once we met Kim we realized what a conscientious and honest real estate agent, who really cares about her clients should look like. We fired that agent and quickly hired Kim. Kim is so easy to work with. Always answers your calls or calls back immediately. We always felt important to her and her team. Like family. When she first came to our home she gave me many helpful ideas on what to do with the decor so it would sell fast. We lived sort of off the beaten path so therefore not many people would get to see it. We needed to get people down the street. Kim did a great job doing this. Our house sold in two weeks. We truly thought it would take longer than that due to the [secluded] area. Very happy with DeLapp team.
