We could not be more happy with the purchase of our home through the Holmes Glorioso Home Group!! They were amazing every step of the way! We worked mostly with Angela who was extremely responsive when we were ready to start looking at houses. She was able to get us in to see places we were interested in very quickly, usually within a day (or less in the case of the house we bought) of them coming onto the market, which was super important for us getting our house since the demand is so high right now. She helped us put in our best offer and communicated with us the entire time about the situation because we knew there were multiple offers going in for the house. We were super excited after our offer was accepted and then saw how diligently the Holmes and Glorioso Home Group got to work to ensure everything was completed on time so we got to settlement as smoothly as possible. We were in constant communication with both our realtor and their transaction coordinator, Maggie, who did an amazing job keeping us up to date on what we needed to complete and what was in process as far as our loan. Maggie made the entire process much less daunting, especially as first time home buyers, with her weekly updates, availability to answer our questions, and communication with our lending and title companies. We cannot recommend this entire group enough and will certainly be going back to them when we need any assistance with real estate in the future!!
