She's very bright and knowledgeable pointing out the pluses and minuses of different properties that we hadn't thought of. We sent her numerous text and phone messages to the point we thought we were burdening her, but she responded rapidly and reassured us that she didn't mind and was there to help. When our bank or insurer needed a document she sent it in minutes. She's a very pleasant positive person with fathomless knowledge of the local real estate market. When we wanted to know the potential income of our condo rental she immediately pulled up the statistics on like property in terms of gross and net revenue as well as customary expenses. With her extensive knowledge of local vendors she connected us with competent plumbers and a rental agency and even connected us an excellent furniture buy from as private party. Words can't describe how pleased we were with her professional, knowledgable, efficient and extremely competent service. Kim made the whole purchasing process effortless on our part.

Kim was terrific throughout the entire process of listing and selling our home! Kim and her family the Skippers are the best. There are lots of realtors on Oak Island but they're superior in so many ways. Two that come to mind are diligence and honesty.
