Kim was brought to us by our relocation company, Lexicon. Lexicon partners with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. My husband and I were to interview 2 different agents and pick between the two. Normally Lexicon would send us two agents, but we wanted to use the agent we had before when we bought the home 5 years ago, who had also been the agent for my husband's parents when they bought their home.We held both interviews, and honestly, Kim blew us away. She was prepared (really prepared), knew the market, listened to our concerns and zeroed in on what was important to us. Kimberly Witt was extremely helpful since I was buying a home in San Antonio Texas but was living in Maryland. A lot of the work was done by phone and touring homes by FaceTime walk throughs with Kim and my daughter. She was amazingly quick to answer questions by phone, text or email. She was able to suggest locations in our chosen area. Since all paper work was done on line due to distance, she was quick to send things and worked jointly with us and our mortgage broker to get all information done on time. She made the whole experience a little less stressful by keeping track of time lines to get everything done. She also made it feel personal as if a friend was helping us. I am a talker and she listened. I am full of questions and she answered every one of them without making me feel like I was bothering her. I would highly recommend working with Kimberly Witt.
