Kirbi Smith

Kirbi has been such a delight to work with. From the very first time that I met her, she has treated me like I am important. I wasn't just a dollar sign or a file number. Her professional manner goes beyond excellent. Dealing with realtors can sometimes be a challenge. Not with Kirbi. She is dependable, knowledgeable, and gives you one-on-one attention. She goes the extra mile for her clients, and for me, that stands out more than anything. My husband and I give Kirbi a "10" for she is that and more. Thank you Kirbi for all your hard work, your honesty, and your integrity -- as a person and as a professional.

We used Kirbi to purchase a cabin in Ellijay. However, we live in Colorado, so the thought of buying a home from half way across the country was really daunting. All of those worries disappeared when we found Kirbi!When we found homes that we wanted to check out, Kirbi would get us all the information that we could possibly want, and then would go visit the cabins. She would send photos, videos, and video chat. She was our eagle eye and helped us to see the positives and negatives of each home that we weren't able to see by not being there in person. Throughout the shopping process, Kirbi got to know us, and what we were looking for in our dream cabin. To the point that when we found "the one," Kirbi had actually ALREADY made an appointment to go see it. She knew it was exactly what we were looking for, and worked tirelessly to make sure that she was ahead of everyone else that was fighting to get it. After our cabin purchase, Kirbi went out of her way to meet with the sellers' contractors to be sure that the repair items they were supposed to have done was completed in a timely fashion, in a professional and adequate manner, and in a timeframe that would work around our rental bookings. Guys, I'm telling you, she did this AFTER she had closed on our home! She seriously drove up a mountain MULTIPILE times to have out backs when she totally did not need to. This woman has been a blessing to our lives. I, truly, do not think there are many realtors in this world that are as kind, dedicated, and efficient as Kirbi. I would not trust anyone else in the North Georgia area to help me with sales and purchases (except, maybe, her real estate partner, Cindy Ryals- she is also AMAZING).
