  • Kris and I connected, but did no business

We recently tried to purchase one of Kris Kolarich's listings only to be burned by Kris' very questionable professional ethics. Kris' client verbally accepted our offer and terms. Kris demanded we jump through multiple hoops in a very unreasonably short amount of time. We were able to provide all of the confidential and financial information provided in the time provided. I do not believe Kris presented our signed contract to his client and told us we should wait a few weeks. Upon re-contacting Kris, he emailed us that he found another buyer for his listing even though we were the 1st ones to have a verbal acceptance from him. At that point he started sending emails to us and our agent unjustly attacking our agent's personal character and physical appearance. It is unfortunate that agents of questionable personal and professional ethics are permitting to do business in Atlanta's real estate market. We, our agent and Kris' clients deserve much better than that. Please proceed with caution if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to do business with Kris Kolarich.

    • Kris helped me buy a home

This guy was by far the most worthless agent I've ever known. He took forever, if at all, to respond to emails from both myself and my realtor. He said he setup times for property preservation people to meet us for inspection, never happened. Then he had the b@!#$ to say that the deposit for turning the water on for inspection "we keep it, it's the cost of doing business". Nowhere was that mentioned. So if you see him or he had a home you want listed, run!

      • Kris listed, but didn't sell, my home

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. God why didn't I see these reviews before entertaining his mess, I would've never given this man the 2 weeks I did to make my process even more hellish. I clearly communicated with him that my experience with realtors was horrible, what my expectations were & what my timeline was in selling. Man did I waste my breath! Not only did Kris go on vacation immediately during placing my house back on the market, he didn't have the decency to take his own photos or write his own selling summary. How confusing for buyers who've already seen my place. He not only FAILS at communicating while on vacation; I've had several buyers ( because of course, he needed to be terminated ) tell me they've been reaching out to him for the past two weeks "his vacation" and he IGNORED THEM, never returned phone calls, nothing. what kind of sad human being would disguise themselves as an agent and do such? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PERIOD.
