Krishna Discriminates against disabled Veterans. Krishna Regupathy AKA Top Tech Realty rented me a home that is literally falling apart. No working heat (fireplace or furnace), a broken pipe that flooded the house and last for 3 weeks after notifying them. I was not able to use the downstairs of the home since November due to unlicensed construction. It took us two days just to clean up their worker's mess. The HOA notified me that I am in violation of the rules due to their workers spilling paint on the driveway and sidewalk. I understand that the owner (my landlord) bought a home that is falling apart, but Krishna Regupathy refusing to make these repairs or reimburse me for my property that was damaged is wrong. My insurance company even denied my claim bc they said the property management company acted negligently by failing to mitigate the damages (allowing a pipe to crack from no heat and then waiting 3 weeks to fix it while the kitchen and garage flooded). All I asked for is to be reimbursed what I am owed, which Krishna Regupathy refused. Moreover, I am a combat-injured Marine veteran and today one of their agents tried to hit my service animal that the VA prescribed and then sent me an email claiming he tried to attack her. They have gone above and beyond to try to force us out of the home because - I believe - the owner is from the middle East and seemingly dislikes US Veterans (he met me previously during the construction).
