This was our first home buying experience and deciding to work with Kristin was the first step in the right direction. We had many questions about the whole process and Kristin was very attentive and helpful at addressing them.She understood our personalities well enough to match us with a home inspector who also took the time to answer our many questions. I was able to gain a great deal from the inspection because of this.Her expertise in the Brighton and Pittsford area was perfect since this was where we were looking. And finally, Kristin was able to recommend many trustworthy local contractors and service providers to help spruce up our new home.All around great experience!

f the site allows 100 stars, I will give her 100 stars, Kristin is the best of best, if you want to find a house in Pittsford, Kristin will help you find it and more importantly she will give you a lot of advice. We are new to Rochester, She showed us around and visited many houses and very patiently to explain us the pro and con.

Selling a house is very stressful. It was a relief to have Kristin take that responsibility. She put the house up for sale in the fall. We had two unsatisfactory bids. I was going to accept one of the bids because I thought it was going to be difficult to sell the house in the winter. Instead Kristin convinced me to wait until she had another open house. She sold the house to the right buyer.

Kristen was an absolute rock star from the word go! I was relocating from Philadelphia to Rochester and she helped me understand all of the outstanding neighborhoods to choose from, and guided me through the bureaucracy of buying a home in New York State. I am now in a house I love in the perfect location, and on her recommendation I have had a great painter and fence contractor do work quickly and affordably. Her associate Alison Kykendall was also incredible to work with. If you are relocating you cannot go wrong with this team!
