I would definitely recommend Kristi. She was the best realtor I have ever used. She helped make a difficult and stressful process seem effortless for us. Since we were living in South Florida (7 hours away) and house hunting in Tallahassee it was not easy. While in S. FL we found a house and Kristi offered to go do a walk through for us and even did a video tour. We ended up purchasing that house. Next was time for inspections (house, chimney, septic, wood rot, etc). Kristi was kind enough to give us recommendations since we weren't familiar with the area. All of the inspectors she recommended were awesome and very professional. Kristi was amazing and we will definitely hire her again, if the need arises. She is not only great at her job, but she is a wonderful and kind person. Thank you Kristi for all that you have done for us. We couldn't have done this without you.

Kristi Hill is the best realtor we have ever hired. Kristi blew my husband and I away by how quickly she responded to our phone calls, emails and texts and how she went the extra mile in every aspect of our home search. She accommodated us and made house visits around our crazy schedule. Kristi was constantly bringing us existing and new homes on the market that fit our needs and she found the home we are now in just as it entered the marketplace (she knew it was our perfect home but she knew it would go fast as a foreclosure so she called us right when she found it and assisted us in executing the offer quickly). Kristi was present during the inspection to make sure the proper due diligence occurred and even though we purchased an "as is" foreclosure, Kristi fought for the bank (seller) to replace the off-spec piping and the bank did. We are grateful for finding Kristi and we will use her if/when we are relocated again.... She had a list of 10 homes in our range and a map of area when we met first time.we visited several and changed areas for our next visit with same great info and knowledge. My wife found a listing in next county on zillow .it was out of our original area we were looking at but Kristi got all the info including comps and we made a offer based on that info. Kristi helped us list our house on the MLS. She was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. While we didn't sell our house right then, we had 3 contracts presented and it was because each of buyers financing fell through is why it didn't sell within specific timeframe.
