    • "I unequivocally recommend Whissel Realty.Kyle runs a great team at Whissel Realty. Professional, fast, aggressive, and ethical. All this for the same commission rate as all the other guys.I had the pleasure of using Kyle for both selling and buying a house in Santee, so I got to witness both sides of Whissel Realtys veritable marketing machine. Kyles is focused on reinforcing the virtuous circle of marketing/sales/profitability/customer service. This provides his clients access to a world-class sales team while allowing him to further expand his marketing, which further benefits his customer, which. you get it.Now about that world-class sales team his photographer is awesome! (I can objectively say that since I am a photographer myself.) There is none of this smartphone happy-snaps that you see all too often. Bryan spent at least three hours at my house ensuring he had great daytime and sunset photos. He also got some great aerial photos and videos using his drone.Communication with the specialists on his team was super fast on both the buying and selling side. Heres a list of some of the marketing and outreach Whissel Realty does:Christmas parties, beach parties, Easter egg hunts, etc. for his current and past clientsStreet Fair booths, Santee Saturdays (check them out on YouTube), Whissel Wednesday's (also on YouTube).And, although nobody is still reading this far down, I saved the best for the last: money. On the selling side Kyle was willing to list my house higher than any other agent I interviewed AND was confident we would get offers. And we did! Had I gone with another agent, I would have sold at least 5% lower without ever realizing I could do better. On the buying side (you guessed it) he helped me craft my offer in such a way that I successfully bid much lower than the asking price. The selling agent on the house I purchased was borderline unethical and amateurish in their negotiations and Kyle saw right through it. In a sellers market I got 4% lower than the so-called bottom line price. All in all, Kyle put about $25,000 MORE in my pocket than a less experienced or less aggressive agent would have."
