Stopping by to take a moment to expound on such a good experience my husband and I had working with Lamar Bryant throughout the whole Buy Before You Sell process. We'd started to "casually" look for homes in various areas of South Georgia since last year, but didn't really start aggressively looking for a new home until only a few months ago. It didn't take long to find our dream home! From the moment we contacted Lamar to engage him on what our wants and needs were, all the way down to the finite details of the home buying and home selling process--he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated, and passionate about taking care of us. He took the time to actually listen to our needs vs. just trying to get commission off of the next "sale”! Furthermore, Lamar also took time to put the right detail in our listing that within a day we had a full cash offer and several other offers that came within a couple days of the listing. The offers came pooling in so fast that we had not even closed on our new home yet, lol! However, in working with a company called Homeward and utilizing Lamar's expertise, we were able to at least lock in our new home under contract within that same week as well. If there were any kinks along the way, Lamar was an awesome advocate for us as his clients and worked timely with all parties to ensure alignment. The buy before selling process worked well for us as it helped us to avoid paying additional money for two homes. We are now in our new beautiful home and our old home has been sold to a happy buyer--all within about a month's time ! Lamar was very professional and kept me informed and updated throughout the journey. Our journey started with my sister and I who own the home trying to sell it ourselves. So, this was the first time I was going through a home selling process. I initially did not know where to look for someone to help me but I contacted my neighbor who recently sold her house and she was excited to tell me that she would refer me to Mr. Lamar Bryant who she was extremely pleased with and that he helped her sell her house fast. Mr. Bryant contacted me the next day and we spoke for a while, got to know each other and he made me feel very confident that we could get my house sold and for the right price. He listed the house about 10 days after our conversation, could have been sooner but i was out of state. Well, fast forward to about 30 days from the day he listed my home, the home was officially sold and for wayyyyyyy more than I was expecting. Mr. Lamar was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, always answered my text/calls. He even left his house late at night to come to my house to let me in because I hadn’t been there in a while and didn’t have the right key. I couldn’t have gotten a better man for the job.
