When it came time to sell my 4 BR house in Fishkill, Lance was recommended to me by an agent in the same office who helped me buy 4 years prior. He was dubbed "one of our best agents" and did not disappoint. Throughout the process he was kind, dedicated, very knowledgeable, and always available for questions. He went above and beyond to communicate with all parties and helped to get the house sold within 90 days at the price point expected. It was evident that he was 100% invested in the process and knew the area very well. I would not hesitate to recommend Lance publicly or privately for any real estate needs.

I've been a professional designer for over two decades and during that time I have worked on projects with clients as well as with my various partners. Lance was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and delightful to deal with. Our particular deal took longer than it should have because of issues on our end, and Lance was able to walk us through everything without ever losing his patience. He was as committed to us the last day of the deal as he was on the first. He returned all calls, texts and emails promptly and always made sure we were well informed and totally prepared. I stumbled upon Lance by chance after sending an inquiry on a house I was interested in. He was very upfront and knowledgeable on the house and provided me with guidance that I needed. I instantly felt comfortable with him and wanted to hire him to sell my house. This did not happen with me often as I was getting constant phone calls from other realtors who did not respect my busy schedule. He on the other hand did and did not pressure me in any way. He is very professional and responsive to all of my calls/texts. He performed his due diligence to make sure the house is priced right. Lance is your guy if you want someone who is knowledgeable in their field, perssistant when necessary, and respects you as a client.

Lance was terrific from beginning to end. Very helpful in finding us local people to use from our lawyer (who was wonderful) to an inspector and the list goes on. Lance did an excellent job listening to my needs and interests, showed me a number of houses to better understand those, and get me used to the current market prices. We fine tuned the search together and successfully found a great house in one (slightly long, but that was my choice) day of looking.

When starting the process of looking for a new home, I knew I was in good hands as soon as I spoke with him on the phone. I was at the time living in New Orleans, planning a quick move back to the New York area (I spent most of my life living in the city). He was extremely thorough when it came to assessing our wants and needs for a new home, in addition, an expert on the area (we were interested in Dutchess County, something close enough so that I could commute in to the city, but far away enough from it all so that we could have a good amount of land and not a bunch of neighbors right on top of us). He sent over a bunch of homes for sale and I shared which ones we'd like to take a look at when we came in person.Fast forward a week and we met up in his office. That day, we looked at over a half dozen homes, all afternoon into the evening. It was pretty cool that he didn't mind at all driving us to properties all over the damn place. The area is new to us and he told us all about everything we needed to know. It was a pleasure, and felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. Definitely a good thing to have in a broker! We made a decision on an offer that evening and Lance expertly handled all negotiation. Then started the long process of us trying to set a closing date. This was not at all on our side, but on the seller's. It was NOT an easy situation. I'm really glad we had Lance on our side throughout it all. He was both a sympathetic ear as well as a superb advocate.Finally, the week of closing, I had something catastrophic happen that could have prevented us from buying the house. Lance to the rescue again, kept me and my partner calm throughout and again, expertly negotiated the situation. Lance is, simply put, the best!!! I'd 100% work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a broker in the Hudson Valley.

Lance was great. He was professional, knew answers to all my questions, is knowledgeable in the city/town laws. He knows the market and how to price my home for a quick and fair sale. I really cannot say enough about Lance and the ease of working with him.
