Landon was extremely available when I had limited days and times to view homes. He listened to my wants and needs and once we found the right one, he did everything possible to make the process as painless as possible.

I was moving to Greensboro from California and found Landon though my realtor there. Thank goodness I did! I had tried working with another realtor, but they were not responsive or attentive to what my needs were. I came to NC for two days to find a house and needed to hit the ground running. Landon was ready when I arrived. We spent a whole day looking at homes and made an offer the same day Landon made sure to explain everything to me and also has a knowledge of what it's like to move to Greensboro from out of state. He was on top of the whole negotiation and escrow process. Landon has excellent communication skills, not only with me, but also with anyone else we needed during the whole process. Submitting the offer and getting it accepted is only the beginning of the process. He not only helped me in my home search, but helped me transition to Greensboro, giving me information I didn't even know I would need. When you move to a new city with no contacts, you forget about little things like who to call for a plumber or landscaper. He has been just as available since i've been in my new home as he was beforehand. He never makes you feel as though you are bothering him with any questions or concerns you may have. I cannot say enough great things about Landon. If you have real estate needs, he's your guy! He is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to all my real estate needs throughout the entire process.
