Larry has been a blessing. In short, having gone through five different agents to find him, he defines what a true Real Estate Agent should be. We sold our home and wanted to turn the profit into small properties to rent. He was very patient with our specifics needs, identified exactly what we wanted and walked us into the perfectly, priced right properties. My family and I just bought a home in Colorado Springs. We are new to the area and didn't know any realtors or have any recommendations from anyone that we knew. We met Larry at an open house and quickly found that he would be the one we wanted to work with. The quality that I appreciated the most about Larry was his ability to take time out for me when I called on short notice. He also was very patient as I looked through various homes that he thought would be a good fit and allowed me to check out houses that I had picked out from online. Personally he is a very laid back individual with a very calm demeanor. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into any decision. Larry was professional at all times. He is very patient and answers all your question to the best of his knowledge. Knowing that we had a low credit score did not discourage him at all. He has connections to lenders to make it happen. Even when I was told from a previous realtor "if his lender couldn't do it nobody could" Larry made it happen.

Larry both found the new home I purchased and listed and sold the home that I had. He sent me current listings as they hit the market and was able to arrange showings for me usually within the day and worked well with my schedule. He was always on time and always promptly responded to any calls, texts, or emails. He helped me find a great townhome at a reasonable price. When I sold my home he gave me a price range that he believed he could sell it in that was actually higher than I thought it would be and sold it close to the high end of that range. I also appreciated the fact that he is low pressure and didn't try to make an offer unless it was something I was sure of.

I would HIGHLY recommend Larry! He worked incredibly hard on finding us the right house, which in this market, it's nearly impossible. At our closing, the seller even mentioned that if it wasn't for his negotiation skills, we wouldn't have gotten the house. We are so grateful for his professionalism.

You know you have a stellar agent when things in your life get crazy and your agent can step up and take up the slack. I had to move because of my health and my 103 year old mother needed help. It ended up that my health made it imperative that I move immediately and my mother passed while I was in transit to my new location, as executor I had to be 2000 miles from the house that still had my belongings!
