Being in the military, we are accustomed to moving every 2-3 years and living in base housing. This move however, encompassed retirement and with it major life decisions. Where do we settle? Buy or Build? Thankfully, friends recommended Laura Ranneklev to us and together we journeyed through that process. Right from the start we felt at ease with Laura. We were confident in her ability to evaluate our wants, needs, likes, and dislikes, and present us with options. We never felt pressured or rushed. Once we made the decision to build her expertise and knowledge in the builder/buyer process was invaluable. It was very comforting knowing that with her by our side, nothing would go over our heads or be missed. Laura's background in Fashion was a tremendous asset to us also when it cam time to visit the design center. She is an incredible sounding board and is able to help you visualize what at times can be difficult to see on paper. We could not be happier with our end result! Without a doubt, we are living in our dream retirement home today, and Laura made that happen.

I recently moved to Florida with my family and rented a house which we found did not suit us well. We then met Laura who graciously agreed to help us find a home to move to. It was such a pleasure working with Laura who was hardworking, pleasant and knowledgeable. We were under pressure to find a home within a certain period of time which Laura understood and was readily available for us when we needed her. With Laura's help we were able to find our new home, which now love so much. This was such a big transition in our lives of which Laura was a part of and we consider her a dear friend now. Of the 4 houses I have bought, Laura stood out as the best realtor I ever had. She was not only extremely knowledgeable on all the houses and builders in the area but what put her above all the others was the "extra" she brought to the table. She had a detailed knowledge on the school district, bust stops, youth sports/activities, local shopping and other valuable local community information that every family needs but doesn't know to ask. In the crazy three days I had to buy a house, I felt well informed and was able to make a decision which I haven't regretted.
