The key to quick real estate sales besides an excellent home is the knowledge to market using electronic media since so many buyers find their own homes this way. Larry;s great use of pictures and video with e-media was the key to my home sold in 8 days in a very competitive buyers market. He did a great job.

Larry did a very good job selling our property. It was listed, offer received, and closed in approximately 90 days. The aerial pictures that he had taken of the property were very well done. Larry was absolutely exceptional from our first phone conversation through all the way through to the closing of our dream home! My wife and I were living in San Diego moving to the area and Larry spent months prior to our move learning what we wanted in a home and began building a list for us to see when we came out to the area. When we finally made it to NC we had two days to see all the homes he had picked for us prior to flying back to California.
