Lawrence is attentive, knowledgeable, and hard working. His negotiating skills are top-notch, as he got us in contract with a seller who had about 20 other bids. He also had knowledge of VA loans, which was important to us. He was always available, even if it was a late hour, and was patient and adaptable if we ever had to make any last minute changes. It was a pleasure working with him .
