Leigh has been a complete pleasure to work with! I sometimes forget she’s our realtor because it feels much more like she’s a close friend who has our back. With what can more often than not be a highly stressful and frustrating process, Leigh has been there with us every step of the way, made sure things are in place and paperwork is received and made sure everyone involved is staying on top of things. Leigh is tops! We interviewed many agents when we decided to sell our family home. Leigh was the only agent who cared about us. She asked why we were selling and was compassionate. She formulated a strategic game plan taking into account our needs and preferences. She took command of the situation while we were out of town. She hired a painter and a handyman and oversaw the work (we weren’t living locally anymore). In the end, we are sure Leigh is the reason we got so many offers and such a great price. She brought in her team of experts from stager to photographer to help prepare our home. She was sensitive to our family’s needs during the selling and showing the process. When it was time to buy Leigh was available and always happy to answer questions. She was thoughtful and scheduled playground and lunch breaks for the kids which allowed us to power through more houses in the afternoon. Once we were under contract Leigh managed both deals like a true pro. And they weren’t without hiccups! She was a tried and true pro and now a friend. I can’t imagine using anyone else.
