Our experience was fantastic. Leigh helped us sell our home and then buy a home. When preparing for selling she was honest and creative. She gave very useful suggestions about things like moving furniture, small repairs, etc. well followed Leigh’s suggestions and out home has many offers right away. It sold higher then we listed it for! Leigh was patient and educated when we bought too. She helped us time it all so we could do both transactions on the same day. It became difficult but she persevered and put in many hours of phone calls and running around. In the end we did do both in one day!! Did I mention our children? Leigh was patient and engaging with them Throughout. She even took them for ice cream one day so I could get the house ready for showings. Leigh is the best! She’s hard working and knowledgeable. And truly cares about her clients best interest!!

She was thoughtful and scheduled playground and lunch breaks for the kids which allowed us to power through more houses in the afternoon.
