Leira Morton

Leira was born in Pasadena but moved to Central Florida at the age of 2 and has called it home ever since. She was in ROTC and taught summer camp Taekwondo in her teenage years where she earned her black belt. At the age of 18, she joined the military and was the only female Tank Turret Repair Specialist in her graduating class but after suffering a hip injury, was discharged. Leira graduated Cum Laude for her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Business Management at Seminole State College May 2022. When she is not working, she is spending time with her 7 year old son Leon, her boyfriend Brice, and their rescue dogs Abby and Arlo. After spending 2 years in the role of Director of Finance and Operations of Keller Williams Waterford, she took her skills of coaching agents for the success of their business and applied it to her own team, now known as Villa. She is also a Certified Mentor where she shares her knowledge to help guide new agents into success.
