In 40 years I've purchased and sold many properties including personal residential, commercial rental, and for multiple estates. So I've had a chance to work with a lot of real estate professionals, most of whom have been very good at their job. But I would take easily choose Leslie Eason and her team over the combined efforts of any 5 of those I've previously worked with. She's one of the few who my opinion of her professionalism and capabilities actually went up as the process went on. Most over-promise, and I thought she might be doing that as well. However, she actually over-delivered on those promises. I was an out-of-town owner, so distance and my ability to be hands on as a part of the process was out of the question. Leslie picked up the slack, made all arrangements, communicated with the other realtors and tenants, and just handled everything. Her communication skills and timeliness are spectacular, and it seems she is rarely off the clock. Some details were handled well past dinner hours. Also of prime importance is that since this was an older home, she set the expectations to avoid nickel and dime post-inspection negotiations over normal wear and tear inspection questions, which is what I asked. Ultimately, she listed the house higher than what I expected [higher than comps], coordinated a justification to charge that price, communicated that rationale well to other realtors, and blitzed the market, What we got was a cash offer in 2 days [20% higher than one we had on the same property a year earlier], finalized offer and acceptance in a couple more days, a short diligence period, and a very short term uneventful closing. In my opinion, her commissions were recovered in the additional price she got for the property and again in communication and convenience of having her feet on the ground, speed of the process, and a trouble-free closing. I would also point out that she did this in the worst part of the COVID-19 pandemic fear which easily made her job so much harder and at a time when I thought putting it on the market might really be a mistake.

Leslie sold our house in three months. We did everything remotely and didnt even meet Leslie until two days before the closing. She and her staff were great! They cleaned the house, found a contractor to fix what the buyers wanted. They did everything! I never had to worry about coordinating people. The buyer was an old client of hers. Instead of trying to be a dual agent, she elected to have them use a buyers agent instead. She could have made double the money but chose to have ethics instead.

I hired Leslie end of September 2016, entered into contract with prospective buyers by mid December 2016 and closed on the house 2/15/2017. I think very highly of Leslie for several reasons of which most relevant to me were her professionalism, knowledge of her field, and attention to detail. I needed to sell my house due to securing a job in a different state after an unexpected job loss. I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy at the time of hiring Leslie and thanks to her the process of prepping the house for photo shoot, showings, and subsequent due diligence process was almost stress free for me. I used to think the agents fee was high but after closing on the house and seeing the amount of work Leslie put into the process, I truly believe it is money well earned, every last cent of it. First, Leslie invested a lot of her time and resources into prepping my house for photo shoot. My house was beautiful but very much lived in and not "photo-ready". The pics turned out great. I had two couples showing serious interest in my house total. Leslie was invaluable helping me handle unexpected maintenance issues revealed during an inspection. I was really upset and not prepared to handle it myself at the time around my son's delivery and that's where her skills came in. She is solution oriented and it showed. The issues were resolved to mutual satisfaction of me as a seller and the eventual buyers. I can state with no hesitation that I would not have sold the house without Leslie's assistance. This is the first house I owned but I have worked with other agents int he process of looking for the house and interviewing in several different states in the United States and Leslie wins hands down. I only regret she cannot assist me find a new house at my new location. I would recommend to a family or a friend without hesitation.

Leslie was absolutely amazing to work with on the sale of our home. The property was a second home and our primary residence is 2 hours away. We needed someone who would be able to stand in for us since we wouldn't be able to easily/quickly get to the property. She was the perfect person and never let us down.
