Fantastic realtor. I was a first time homebuyer and she explained the process start to finish and supported me every step of the way. She’s fair and is not pressuring you into anything that might be out of your budget. Great personality and easy to work with.

My wife and I bought our first a home about six months ago and Linda and she couldn't have made the experience better for us. Linda was awesome! I didn't know anything about the Chattanooga area when I was relocated here. She worked with me before my first house hunting trip to identify what I was looking for, set up the house hunting trips when we arrived, and was extremely flexible during the entire process. In our first trip house hunting I identified a top pick, and Linda worked tirelessly throughout the negotiation to get a price better than I had thought possible. She also was a HUGE help with identifying local contractors to perform the house inspection, septic inspection, foundation inspection, etc. etc. Finally, the closing went flawlessly and I moved into my new home. I couldn't be happier, especially given the extremely tight timeframe in which I was buying/selling/moving.
