My spouse and I had pre-arranged to view the Victorian era home (Weaver House) at 412 South Main, Dunkirk, Indiana, 47336 at 1:30 PM on Monday, September 9, 2019. Ms. Buckner arrived promptly on time having driven 21 miles one way from her Re/Max offices in Muncie, IN. She invited us inside to view the historic home and provided us with some historical information about it. A vintage photo of the original owner's daughter at the house had been left for viewing by prospective buyers. Ms. Buckner was very professional allow us to view each room at our leisure but standing nearby to answer any questions that we had. She even provided us with contact information for the local historical society for additional information if we needed it. Dunkirk is a small town of less than 2,400 in northeastern Indiana surrounded by farmland. The one-of-a-kind property Lisa Buckner showed us more than made up for the drive out to the isolated town which was formerly a glass making center. There is nothing more I can think of that could add to her friendly, knowledgeable approach for showing us an unconventional historic property. I have little doubt that if anyone can find an elusive buyer for this unique property it will be Lisa Buckner. Her review ratings are high and deservedly so. Thanks, Lisa!

I started my search for a home, for one of my children, online. The listing I was interested in had four brokers who would be contacted automatically with my request for more information. Lisa was the first broker to contact me (ten minutes after I submitted my request). Lisa is always eager to show us the homes on our list. She also sends me listings I might be interested in. We have looked at several properties together and I am always satisfied with the way Lisa conducts business. I would definitely recommend Lisa to friends and family.

I can't say enough about how she went out of her way to help us through the entire process. She was in constant communication with us and eagerly answered any questions we had (and being first-time buyers, we had quite a few). She did an awesome job of representing our interests and took the time to really understand exactly what kind of home we were looking for. She made us feel like VIPs including following up after the sale and making sure we were settling in and werent in need of anything.
