She has extreme patience, lots of local insight and exceptional negotiation skills. She also has creative ways of approaching obstacles.           Lisa Drapkin and her team were so effective, I had very little to do (or to worry about) to achieve the incredibly successful outcome. I say ‘team’ because that is what she brings. My home was not ‘show-room’ ready by any stretch of the imagination. But that didn’t matter because they have experienced staff and proven, trustworthy service providers who transformed my space such that it showed as well as the newer properties. I was around for some of the preparations to sell, but at the time it was about to go on the market, I moved overseas. Not a problem. We were in constant communication through email, WhatsApp, and Zoom. And when I saw the listing, I was amazed by the physical transformation and the professional look of the brochure. Lisa or members of her team were on-site to ensure the condo was ready to show whether it was overseeing contractors, the housecleaning, the stagers, or managing the open houses. Selling my property was a pretty big deal.
