I had never met Lisa prior to my house search in Santa Fe but took a chance online with a realtor. It was Lisa Smith and am I glad we met and that I had her working for me with regards to finding and buying a beautiful home in Santa Fe. Lisa is a book of knowledge when it comes to real estate in the local market. She was immensely helpful to me in every respect and even after buying a house (second house shown, first day looking!) she is helping me with every aspect of buying, paperwork, finding tradespeople to work with me, all of the details involved in finding and buying a home. Lisa recommended that I look for a rental in Eldorado so I would be close to the homes I would be looking at in the days to come. And it didn't end with the closing on the house. She continues to be a very good friend and totally involved with helping me work from Alaska, taking care of all the details that come up when purchasing a home. If I have a question, she gets right on it. If something comes up that needs my attention, she gets right on it. I feel so comfortable that everything is being taken care of since I have been in the same home for over 35 years in Alaska and know that when I actually get moved-in to my new home, there won't be any surprises. Lisa has taken care of me. Sounds kinda corny but she really does have her clients best interest at heart and does a wonderful job working with me and for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Santa Fe and especially in the Eldorado neighborhood, which by the way, is a beautiful area 15 minutes from the famous Plaza but yet all the homes are set apart providing total privacy and comfort. From writing the contract until closing, Lisa was thorough, organized and efficient.
