Lisa helped us sell our townhouse and upgrade to a single family home in a relatively short period of time without compromising on our "must haves." Lisa knew we had a specific (notorious) builder we wanted to avoid in the Rochester area, so she performed a full history/background check on every house we thought to look at so that we did not waste time looking at houses that were built by the company. Lisa is also incredibly knowledgeable regarding construction techniques, infrastructure issues, resale values, upgrade cost. Really, we could go on and on about her knowledge base; but for the purposes of brevity, it was critical in determining where and when houses had questionable issues or what looked to be coverups as well as actual/final cost after applying upgrades to a potential purchase. Lisa's integrity and ethics are beyond reproach. When dealing with shady realtors, Lisa explained what and why to look for certain characteristics; she helped us avoid a number of potential bad deals with realtors that were somewhat unethical in their business practices, which could have ended very badly for us. Lisa is prior service, and me being prior service, we connect and worked very well together. I highly recommend any prior service personnel at contact Lisa before meeting with any other realtor.
